Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories and items included in the original package must be returned

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Unboxing Video (Recommended)
We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect products more efficiently.
